Cesar has been performing since he was a kid. Starting with piano, dancing, and singing, he eventually went into musical theatre to develop his acting skills.
While living in New York, Cesar has taken acting classes at the T. Shreiber Studio for Film & Theatre. In addition, his classes at The Peoples Improv Theatre provided an opportunity to improv. He also has taken acting classes with Stephen Michaels and Joan Horvath while studying at New York University.
